FOODSOLUTE® special flours are rich in natural proteins, fibre, vitamins and minerals. 

Due to the good water binding in dough processing, the improved fermentation stability and the reduction of baking loss, the addition of declarable additives can be dispensed with. The use of FOODSOLUTE® special flours also makes it possible to dispense with thickeners such as hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, xanthan gum, guar gum and many more.
