BakeSphere The Future of Artisan Breadmaking!
My project is on the belief that Artisan bakeries are transforming and adopting new technologies in all areas of a traditional bakery. I have also taken into consideration the rising costs of wages and shortages of skilled bakers in the industry.
BakeSphere is the concept I have created as the bakery of the future project. Its fully integrated with technology, automation with a focus on the customers in store experience. This concept could be considered a merge of traditional artisan bakeries with next generation automation design and technology. The baking process of the future incorporates automation & robotics & the customer experience is the main focus when you enter the bakery. In summary BakesSphere is more than just a reimagined traditional bakery design, its a customer experience journey.
