My bakery with Café is a unique place to enjoy great baked goods and break out of everyday life for everyone, regardless of their age group. The focus of the concept is on a “green lifestyle”.

In my café and bakery concept, I focus primarily on sustainable design with sustainable materials. Another focus should be on raising awareness and visibility of the craft. I also try to include as many groups of people as possible in the café (inclusion).
