Kasper Rozeboom (Coordinator), Frans van der Koogh (Technology Trainer), and Joost Olde Damink (Technical Trainer) are part of the Rademaker Academy team. Frans is an expert in dough technology and he gladly shares his extensive knowledge about producing viennoiserie, pastries, and breads, and operating a production line. His colleague Joost is an expert in the mechanical technology: how exactly does a Rademaker line work? What should you pay attention to when maintaining the line? And how do you clean the line properly with hygiene regulations in mind? Joost says, “We train operators, maintenance personnel, and cleaning staff. These can be classroom trainings, but they can be easily tailored to the specific needs of the customer. The Academy also provides consultancy services to optimize production lines. With our expertise, we help our customers succeed.”

“There is so much more to learn than just ‘dough in, dough out,’” emphasizes Kasper. “To truly grow professionally as an individual and as a bakery, you need specialized knowledge and experience.
