We present our new 2025 creation, SPIN packaging machine.

Versatile rotary packing machine which can be inclined from 0° (horizontal) to 30° (inclined). This machine is to be used for manual loading operations, for smaller productions. 

Thanks to the possibility to incline the machine from horizontal to inclined, you can pack a various range of products from the single piece of bread to multiple candies or cookies for example. All with the same machine.

Also, bag size can be changed very easily because you can use a maximum film reel width of 700mm. The forming tunnel is manually adjustable based on the bag width desired. 

Technical characteristics of the machine:

• Machine structure in painted steel, parts in contact with the product in stainless steel
• Maximum film reel width 700 mm, outer diameter of the reel max 300 mm
• Adjustable forming tunnel
• Cross-cut sealing group with jaw width of 340 mm
• Group of longitudinal sealing wheels with:
  
  • a pair of wheels to pull the film
  • a pair of heat-sealing wheels
  • a pair of folding wheels
• Exit slide
• Safety guards with safety sensors
• Photoeye for bag length
• Electrical panel with touch screen control panel, does not require compressed air
• Compatible films: heat-sealable such as polypropylene, polythene, micro-perforated,
  laminated etc.
