iba.ACADEMY

At iba, visitors can once again put their dexterity to the test: Registration for the seminars takes place via the website and can be viewed soon.

iba.FORUM

The iba.FORUM offers exciting input on all aspects of the baking and confectionery industry. Here, visitors can take advantage of the training opportunities on offer to find out more about topics that move the industry.

FACTORY TOURS

Experience where hands are made: 

The company tours of bakeries in and around Düsseldorf give visitors exclusive insights into German businesses. As soon as registrations for 2025 are open, you can register here.

iba.TOURS

The guided tours for small and/or medium-sized companies will inspire you: On the free trade fair tours, participants can get to know iba, its focus topics and selected exhibitors even better. You will be able to find current dates for 2025 here once they have been released.

At the iba.CONFECTIONERY TEC AREA supported by ZDS, visitors were able to find out about ingredients and process technologies and engage in dialogue with exciting exhibitors. You can find out what's on the programme for 2025 here.

iba.SPEAKERS AREA

The iba.SPEAKERS AREA stood for knowledge transfer and applicability around the iba.TOPICS. Experts, manufacturers and users provided insights into current challenges and gave the audience concrete tips.

YOUNG TALENTS

At the iba BackStage young talent days, committed apprentices were able to show what they are made of. They took part in competitions and training sessions, met prominent personalities from the bakery trade and made contacts along the way. This and much more was offered by the successful pilot project of the Central Association.

Parallel to iba, the CONFERENCE FOR EUROPEAN TORTILLA & FLATBREADS was held for the first time at the Munich exhibition centre. At the Tortilla Industry Association's congress, participants could get in touch with tortilla and flatbread experts from more than 21 countries and learn everything important about the fast-growing sector of the baked goods industry.
