Best Practice Live: Current Snack Trends

"Some Like It Hot" will be the motto for the demonstration of current snack trends from Debag. Join Olaf Mieth, Denis Weißenborn, and Martin Landschreiber as they prepare savory "Schnecken" (snails) and "Klapp-Brötchen" (folding rolls) made from yeast dough and buns with various fillings.

Delicious bakery snacks will be prepared for on-site or takeaway consumption.

The products are savory "Schnecken" (snails) and "Klapp-Brötchen" (folding rolls) made from yeast dough and buns.

We will prepare various fillings for the live demonstration.

One topic will be "Currywurst" as a "regional" specialty.

Various fillings (vegetarian, seasonal, regional) will be prepared for the live demonstration. All products and raw ingredients can be baked in ovens.

The team will hand out samples and recipe sheets at the end of the demonstration.
