Without a pump and without noise, the water vapor is distributed throughout the entire ring pipe system. The natural heat transfer and the very efficient steam systems ensure unrivaled baking results. As an option, we can equip the HEIN-UNIVERSAL with a computer that precisely controls the various baking processes and also guarantees 100% compatibility with the HEIN-SPIDER loading system.
