At our coating plant in Kulmbach, Germany, we use microencapsulation technology to coat functional raw materials. The coating protects the ingredients from external factors such as temperature, moisture, and oxidation. This cutting-edge technology also allows ingredients to be released in a controlled manner. 

At our RAPS FRESH plant in Versmold, we create distinctive taste experiences for your baked goods. We are particularly proud of our fresh seasoning products as fillings and toppings.

Of course, we also have plenty of sprinkleable spices and herbs in our portfolio.
