Guided magnetic grid consists of different number of magnetic rods in stainless steel housing with side guides for easy cleaning. While the material flows around the magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field, generated by the neodymium NdFeB magnets inside of the rods, traps metallic particles on the rod surfaces.
Guided magnetic grid is designed for efficient separation of iron contamination from well flowing powders in free-fall and low-pressure transport pipes. Easy cleaning: magnetic grid is driven out over robust side guiding and then magnetic bars are automatically cleaned.
Magnetic bars are equipped with strong neodymium NdFeB magnets.
