The Dedy Mini-Moulding Machine is a smaller table model with a capacity of about 23 kg chocolate. It is the ideal moulding machine for making chocolates, bars, hollow figures, for tempering and for day-to-day needs in confectioneries and bakeries. With this machine, it is also possible to adjust the output of the chocolate by changing the speed with the chocolate wheel. The tank is removable. The machine is fitted with a beautifully designed, practical housing which can be closed completely. Heating of the chocolate is done via a built-in fully electronic air circulation system. The machine also works with two very exact digital thermostats, one of them controls the melting of the chocolate in standby mode and the other monitors the temperature in work mode. The Chocolate Rasper for 2.5 and 5kg Blocks is the ideal machine for the easy and hygienic production of beautifully shaped chocolate shavings. With its efficiently arranged raspers, two-way rasping it manages to process approximately 5 kg of chocolate per hours. It utilizes the chocolate block in the most efficient way. The rasper has four different cutting edges. The results are light and thin chocolate shavings. The adjustable clamps of the 5 kg rasper allow processing different chocolate block sizes.

The Truffle Filling Device with 7 or 8 Pistons was developed specifically for the filling of chocolate moulds and truffles with liquids, ganache, nougat, couverture and similar substances. It is very easy to handle and clean. Up to 100 fillings per minute are possible and it can be used flexibly for all conventional hollow-body products. The filling volume is infinitely variable and the piston units are heated. The auto-stop function prevents spilling and the quality of the filling constantly remains at the same level. On request, the device can be supplemented with a strainer insert.
The Top Temper is a compact tempering machine for chocolate. The compact and shapely machine has a moulded ABS housing. The Top Temper can be used to melt and temper up to 3 kg of chocolate. It is equipped with a control panel and the temperature of the chocolate can be increased, lowered or kept at a constant temperature. The bowl rotates as the motor is switched on, thus allowing the chocolate to be mixed constantly. The device has an injection-moulded plastic scraper with an integrated rack for the thermostat probe. The stainless steel bowl is replaceable as well as the scraper whose rack is mounted outside the bowl. Two 100 Watt heating elements are used as heating and the cooling fan is used to control the cooling component of the tempering process.
