Cresco Italia for Italian Gelato

At iba, there will be a presentation of the latest ice cream products from Cresco Italia for making quintessentially Italian gelato. VarieGò Raspberry, featuring raspberry pieces, is a new product for layering and adding marble effects to ice cream, for decorating waffles, pastries, and ice cream; and for making tasty milkshakes. VarieGò Yuzu-Lemon, featuring fruit peel, offers the same benefits. A further new product is VarieGò Rose Duo, featuring rose petals, and it can be used for flavouring ice cream, cream, desserts and milkshakes.  The new Ready Cream Rice Pudding ice cream paste features rice grains and is ideal for making rich rice pudding ice cream with a slightly crunchy texture.
