Independent baking ovens, both in terms of thermal behavior as well as steam delivery and drainage. Each oven is equipped with separately controllable top and bottom heat. Each oven also has its own, separately heatable high-performance steam system.

The front panel and the patented single-panel doors are made entirely of 2.5 mm stainless steel. All ovens are equipped with a separate, maintenance-free pressure relief valve (automatic flap valve).

The very powerful extractor hood with gill vent (also made entirely of stainless steel) enables the heat and vapors that escape when the doors are opened to be extracted immediately and effectively.
