- The ACCUFORM Series is a scalable inline automated crumb base forming system that can press and form crumb product into as many as 2,400 round pans per hour.
- The system uses onload and offload conveyors and can include 1, 2, 3, or 4 forming stations. Pie tins, round pans, or bottomless forms are filled with an exact measurement of crumb product and loaded onto the machine.
- The conveyor indexes the pans into position where the pan is held stationary while a spinning plow spreads, compacts, and forms a durable and accurate crumb base.
- The forming process is similar to the standalone CS-7C but the ACCUFORM Series is designed for high production facilities needing complete automation and higher throughput.
