Strong spiral mixer ASP-200 for 200 kilos dough
On the ASP-200 spiral dough mixer for 200 kilos dough, the stainless steel bowl is fixed on a wagon that can be retrieved from the spiral mixer and rolled to the further processing line of your bakery.
Effective automatic dough divider-rounder TDR-36A
Dough dividing and rounding operate automatically, providing time and energy savings in your production process.
PLANETARY MIXERS:
Among our reliable range of bakery and food equipment, we also supply planetary mixers which are designed for an intensive use in big kitchens by caterers, restaurant, hotels and bakers. From fancy pastries creations to heavy dough kneading duty, the full gear box makes this kitchen mixer an efficient and reliable partner in all 3 speeds.
The bowls with a capacity ranging from 10-liter to 120-liter are made out of stainless steel. The stirring leave, the dough hook and the wire whip enable to stir, beat, knead and whip all types of food mixture.
The food chute inside the safety grid makes the adding of ingredients simple and fast, without stopping the mixer.
SPIRAL MIXERS
Our spiral mixers for 40 kilos to 200 kilos dough, deliver precisely and fast the chosen dough type such as pizza, bread, bagels, croissants, pastries. Their stainless steel spiral hook kneads the dough both in slow and in fast speed, while the stainless steel bowl rotates. Each one of the 2 can be programmed separately with a timer. According to the chosen recipe, the program shifts by itself from one speed to another. The spiral mixer can also be used manually, without timer programming. They also feature a plastic cover which prevents the flour from flowing out.
BREAD SLICERS:
Bread slicer TBS-618 is a standing floor model on wheels and is especially designed for self-service use.
The bread loaf is placed in a security compartment. The security latch must be then closed to enable the bread slicer to start. The thickness of the slices is fixed.
Our bread slicer table model, ARM-608 is particularly adapted to hard crust and enables to adjust the pressure of the knives by holding the hand lever which pushes the bread.
DOUGH-SHEETERS:
We supply dough sheeters in 500mm width and 600m width with reliable and practical features:
Dual side safety guard, Adjustable dough thickness from 2 to 40mm, proven synchro drive system, catch trays under the conveyor, roller scraper.
In order to enable small space storage, conveyors can be drawn upward and hinged together.
