Thank you for wanting to be part of the world trade fair again. You can log in to the exhibitor portal with your e-mail address from quarter 1 2026. Just remember to set a new password when you log in for the first time. You can find detailed instructions here.

How to register

You can register for iba 2027 in the exhibitor portal starting in 2026.

We will contact you by e-mail as soon as registration for iba 2027 is possible.

Step 1

  • Follow this link to the ► Exhibitor Portal  of iba
  • The login page will open 
  • Click on "Reset/create password"

Step 2

  • Now enter your e-mail address in the field
  • Click on "Continue"

Step 3

  • You will receive a message that an email has been sent to your email inbox  Please check your inbox
  • Your email address was not recognised? Then an account has not yet been created for you. Please use the e-mail address provided in the e-mail you received from us in advance.

Step 4

  • You will receive an e-mail with a link to create your password
  • Please select a password of your choice in the "New password" field
  • Repeat the password you have just selected in the "Confirm password" field
  • Now click on "Reset password and log in". Done!

You are now registered in the iba exhibitor portal 

Complete or correct your data here if necessary. All functions are now available to you.
