2.5 hours of practical training and explanation in English - directly at iba in Hall 14, Stand A13.
Organised by the Zentralverband des Deutschen Bäckerhandwerks e. V. (Central Association of the German Bakery Trade) by instructors from the Bundesakademie Weinheim.
Master of pretzels
Visitors learnt the secret of original German pretzels: from the ingredients to the dough and the right shape to the delicious end product.
The instructors demonstrated step by step how to prepare this delicious tradition.

From Monday to Thursday, the central association invited bakery trainees from the Düsseldorf region to experience iba live during a tour of the trade fair and to expand their knowledge and skills in exciting workshops under the guidance of specialist instructors from the ADB network.
