From May 21st to 22nd, the best pastry chefs will compete for the gold medal. The teams face the demanding challenge in glass show bakeries and an expert jury. The cup not only requires creativity, but also the highest level of craftsmanship to create edible masterpieces under time pressure.
The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 22nd at 4:00 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
