Over the years, we have used robotics to make chocolate production more efficient, but still keeping the flexibility of handmade production:

Robotic spinning line for hollow figures:

For medium and large production of chocolate hollow figures or shells.  Thanks to robot technology you can now produce a large range of hollow figures one one line, with limited series of moulds.

DECOROBOT - robotic decoration:

Robotic machine for fine line chocolate decorations. This robot system is particularly interesting for decorations onto cakes, biscuits...
