Rolled baking oven belts are a special product in terms of material quality, spiral design, tolerances and technical application requirements. This allows you to achieve easy installation and maintenance at low cost and a long service life.

Apart from that, it is the only baking belt for which a special cleaning device has been developed that makes brushing systems more efficient.

The maintenance-free BELTCLEANER® cleaning system has been specially developed for STEINHAUS rolled baking belts. The spirals of our rolled baking belts have a constant number of turns over the entire length of the belt. BELTCLEANER® exploits this advantage of the constant number of meshes across the belt width by breaking up dirt on the baking belt without leaving out a single mesh. The oven's downstream brush systems can thus remove the dirt better and more effectively if used appropriately.
