On Bakers' Day on May 18th, the Central Association of the German Bakers' Trade will not only present the Honorary Award and select the Trendsetter of the Year – all guild bakers are cordially invited to visit the association's organization at iba and enjoy a special day at the trade fair.

Visitors will gain exciting insights at THE iba UIBC CUP OF BAKERS as well as at the iba. TOURS. During the two-hour trend tours with business consultants, you will discover the latest trends in the baking industry every day at 1 p.m. (Thursday at 11 a.m.). The crowning glory of Bakers' Day is the iba. BAKER PARTY: The bakery trade shouts "Helau!" and invites all guild members to the big bakers' carnival in Düsseldorf. In a warm atmosphere, you can enjoy delicious delicacies and an entertaining program. The price is 49 euros per person.
