Application areas:

  • Oven belt (baking of bread that has been pushed open), refrigeration technology

Characteristics:

  • Largely straight belt run due to spirals wound alternately on the right and left
  • Precise locking of the spirals by corrugated crossbars
  • large open area, thus good passage of air and liquids
  • Smooth and agile
  • Operating temperature: depending on the material

Particularities:

  • Due to the tightly wound spirals, large overall cross-section and therefore high tensile loads possible, small roller diameters possible for belts with chains, gutter edges, inlay rails for sealing, carriers, edge design: sling edges, bending edges, welded head edge, chain with welded end

Used material:

  • Unalloyed/low-alloy steels, bright, copper-plated or galvanized, rust- and acid-resistant chromium and chromium-nickel steels as well as high-temperature-resistant chromium and chromium-nickel steels (other materials on request)

Benefit from our great technical and metallurgical expertise as well as our more than 70 years of experience!
