Process various dough types for a wide product range, from firm to soft fermented dough. Here are a few examples to spark your imagination:
- Direct/green dough, which is immediately processed after kneading, resulting in a firm structure.
- Pre-proofed dough, with a more open structure thanks to proofing.
- Dough with a high water percentage, for the production of, for example, ciabatta.
- Dough with fruits and/or nuts incorporated, to produce, for example, Christmas bread.
- Sour-, multigrain-, and rye dough.
Thanks to gentle dough handling, the Radini bread line produces a consistent dough sheet and retains the integrity of the dough structure. With easily adaptable widths, rework is optional. Flexibility is provided by the modular configuration, which allows for multiple compositions. The line can be expanded at a later date to meet the futer needs of our customers.
Line configuration
The minimum configuration consists of a Dynamic Pre Sheeter and guillotine; from that minimum, every available unit can be added. All units after the guillotine are plug and play, meaning that the units are interchangeable and can be configured to your requirements. The bread line can be used to automatically produce a uniform dough sheet for hand-shaped products, resulting in all types of loaves and buns. Optional extensions ensure the production of products in different shapes and sizes: cut, molded, and rounded.
