The JELLYMIX, a gravimetric PLC controlled weighing and mixing system, can handle up to 8 different colors and flavors. This solution from CHOCOTECH enables the perfect production of jelly fillings for pastries.
The TORNADO® as a continuous aeration system for jelly and marshmallow as an additional available option. The temperature-controlled aeration head ensures intensive mixing of the mass with the aeration gas.
