The Kemper Artisan (PANE) line offers a semi-industrial platform designed to produce rolls and breads with authentic Mediterranean-style characteristics—open crumb, natural aroma, and a satisfying crust.

This system uses a gentle dough-sheeting method: soft dough runs through an S-shaped set of rollers from above—using gravity and minimal mechanical stress to preserve structure and texture.

Its modular design optimizes flexibility—choose from various configurations to match your specific artisan roll production needs.

Flexible Throughput & Product Range

  • PANE (standard): up to 16,000 pcs/hour, 15–1,500 g per piece

  • PANE KOMBI: up to 10,800 pcs/hour, 25–180 g per piece for artisan and classic round/square rolls.

Precision & Variety

The line’s integrated ACCURATOR 2.0 maintains ±5% weight accuracy by weighing before cutting.

It handles a wide variety of products—round, square, baguettes, ciabatta-style rolls, specialty forms—with interchangeable tools and modular adaptability.
