Quick return on investment through labor-saving solutions!
The JEROS tray cleaner minimizes the effort required for cleaning baking trays. It cleans and oils 100 trays in 6 to 8 minutes, saving time for more productive tasks. Experience shows that the brushes last 6 to 8 years with 500 trays cleaned daily. The machine itself lasts 15 to 20 years.

The New Generation of JEROS Tray Cleaners
The new generation of JEROS tray cleaners offers significant hygienic benefits, as all our machines are foamed with cleaning agents and can be cleaned with hot water or steam cleaners. This ensures the highest hygiene both inside and out.
The continuous wet cleaning of the tray cleaner and brushes guarantees a high hygiene standard and optimal cleaning of baking trays. The unique design and numerous construction details ensure particularly quiet operation.
The entire machine has been redesigned, including a stainless steel countertop, brushes with sealed bearings, and a technically advanced construction that provides more space between the brushes and the drive system.
Only JEROS Offers a Cleaning System for Perforated Trays
JEROS' special perforated tray brushes effectively clean the holes of perforated baking trays.
The upper brush rotates in the direction of the trays. Its bristles are long enough to penetrate the holes in the tray. This pushes all residue through the holes, where the lower brush sweeps it into the collection container.
When Do You Need an Automatic Tray Cleaning System?
Our automatic tray cleaning system is designed for large bakeries that need to clean and automatically oil 2,000 to 10,000 baking trays daily.
Some of our customers, who produce butter cookies, rye bread snacks, and similar items, clean and oil up to 40,000 trays a day. We are happy to set up multiple automatic tray cleaning systems to meet the needs of your production.
The JEROS tray cleaning system operates automatically and only requires two manual actions: loading and unloading the tray trolley with baking trays. Depending on the size of the trays, cleaning a full tray trolley takes about 20 minutes, including automatic oiling.
An optical indicator signals when the tray trolley is empty and stops the system when the collection trolley for the cleaned trays is full. The full trolley is then replaced by an empty one from the supply area, where a new trolley with dirty trays can be inserted.
The automatic tray cleaning system is enclosed, which reduces noise and creates a safe operating environment. Even environments with a high concentration of flour dust do not adversely affect the system.
How to Clean Baking Trays Without Water or Chemicals:
- The trays are fed into the machine.
- AAs the first station in the tray cleaner, the tray passes through a double scraper that removes coarse baked-on residues.
- The drive roller ensures the trays move evenly through the machine and crushes any sugar deposits, which can then be easily brushed off.
- The fast-running cleaning brushes made of nylon or stainless steel also remove baked-on residues from the trays and sweep them into the collection container. This container must be emptied regularly to ensure optimal cleaning of the trays.
- The trays are then transported through the final cleaning brushes, which remove any remaining dirt and thoroughly clean the holes of perforated trays.
- The post-treatment brush removes fine residues, extending the life of the oil.
- Finally, the trays are transported through the automatic oil system and sprayed with oil. They then automatically fall onto the provided tray trolley.
- The trays are cleaned with the baking side up, so they can be used immediately without turning.
- Optional cleaning brushes are available in steel, nylon, and stainless steel.
