Full diversity of artisan bakery

Another focus topic of iba is artisan bakery. It presents itself at the fair in a wide variety of facets: from exhibitor offerings and topic areas to lectures and championships.

In hall A4, the German Bakers' Confederation (Zentralverband des Deutschen Bäckerhandwerks) will give an insight into German bread culture. For this purpose, two guided trade fair tours are offered daily on the topic of artisan bakery.

In the two neighbouring craft halls A3 and A4, exhibitors present products and innovations for the baking world.

Lectures, competitions and award ceremonies have their stage at the iba.FORUM and the iba.SPEAKERS AREA.
