Where does the name Formfix 1-2-3 come from? 1) Knead dough... 2) Form dough... 3) Bake dough... done!
The Formfix 1-2-3 is very easy to use: Simply place the prepared dough in the funnel and turn the crank until the first biscuits are formed. Then, by turning the crank further, insert the transfer tray with baking paper and form the biscuits on the transfer tray, aligning them by hand if necessary to ensure even spacing. Now pull the baking paper with the biscuits onto a larger baking tray and bake.
