Diversified application expertise
Proxaut's extensive experience spans a wide range of sectors, offering AGVs designed to operate in hostile environments such as freezer below 0° or curing rooms. In sectors where hygiene is paramount, Proxaut offers AGVs built entirely in stainless steel to meet the stringent standards of production environments. PROXAUT AGVs and shuttles can be built in AISI 304 steel and are sanitized inside automatic processing machines.
Proxaut offers advanced fleet management software with two key features
-VDA 5050 communication protocol: guarantees open and seamless communication with existing business systems, facilitating integration and interoperability between different technological solutions by multiple suppliers.
-Deadlock Free: through an intelligent resource management system, Proxaut ensures that vehicles operate without the risk of deadlocks or cyclical waiting situations, optimizing operational efficiency.
The product portfolio is divided into two main categories, as follows:
- LH (Lifter) Series: Cutting-edge automated guided vehicles equipped with forks and designed for handling goods on pallets, crates, platforms, tanks and other types of supports. This product is perfectly suited to optimizing the transport and handling of various loads within different industrial and warehouse environments.
- SH (Shuttle) Series: Vehicles developed to move underneath different load units, such as racks and trolleys. This feature minimizes maneuvering space, improving efficiency and space utilization in complex logistics environments.
Depending on the application, PROXAUT's AGVs use all different driving technologies without distinction. The opportunity to offer their customers combined guidance, which uses several systems simultaneously, gives them the possibility of providing special solutions in difficult conditions.
- Laser: The system utilizes a laser scanner, which provides the on-board computer with X, Y and α coordinates, enabling localization.
- Inertial: The system incorporates odometric technology with trajectory correction, utilizing passive markers or magnets embedded in the floor to validate vehicle position.
- Wired: The guidance system involves the placement of conductive wires and low-frequency signals in the pavement.
- Lidar/SLAM: A cutting-edge system launched in early 2025, utilizing laser sensors to enable navigation along pre-defined routes by continuously mapping the surroundings.
Technical and after-sales support
Thanks to a strong expansion, also requested by Middleby, PROXAUT offers its customers remote after-sales support H 24. Dedicated annual and ordinary maintenance packages are available to ensure the optimal functioning of the systems over the years.
