The Bread Boys in Innsbruck – Clarity in Stone and Light

As a child, Markus Lener dreamed of becoming a baker – today, he has realized his personal dream project with AHA360°. Covering just 40 m², the minimalist shop makes a big impact with stone, subtle color accents, and a botanically colorful ceiling.

Purist design meets traditional aspirations

Markus Lener, who wanted to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming a baker, is having his project "Die Brotbuben" realized by AHA360°—clear, minimalist, and focused on the essentials. The salesroom in Innsbruck's pedestrian zone is compact: just 40 m², but with a big impact. Instead of wood, solid natural stone dominates the counter, along with black surfaces and white tiles. The stone slab was even hand-selected over a period of months – a statement of quality and care. Delicate pink tones on the wall tiles add refinement and echo the color of an elegant Rocket coffee machine. Towering above it all is an unexpected botanically colorful ceiling that gives the purist space a bold, style-breaking touch. Decoration and playful elements are deliberately absent – here, it is the effect of materials and form that counts. Sales psychology meets minimalist architecture: big on space and impact despite the small size of the room. A consistent design that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics.
