German master baker championship
On May 20th, the best bakers from Germany will compete for the gold medal. The championship requires not only creativity, but also the highest level of craftsmanship in order to create edible masterpieces under time pressure under the motto “Passion”.

The trade fair audience can follow the competition live every day from 8 a.m. A first evaluation takes place at 1 p.m., the presentation at 3:30 p.m., and a second evaluation at 4 p.m.
The award ceremony will take place on May 20th at 5:00 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
