Bag loading station for efficient and dust-free work
Emptying bulk goods from bags is a common practice in many industries. This often releases dust, which contaminates the environment as well as the breathing zone of the employee.
The MOTEC bag feed hopper is equipped with a deposit table at an ergonomic working height so that the bagged goods can be deposited on it and cut open. The hopper can be equipped with different sieve inserts to separate foreign bodies from the product flow. We also offer an integrated vibrating sieve for clumping products and particularly fine protective sieving.
A highly effective eddy current hood is installed on the feed hopper. With a suction volume flow of 1300 m³/h, this reliably captures the dust that is released, both when emptying the bagged goods and when compressing the emptied bags on the deposit table.
