ITECA is an Italian manufacturer, leader in the production of fully automatic bakery plants for nearly 30 years.

ITECA know-how allows us to offer to our customers fully automatic systems for the production of baked products, from silos to the packed finished product, also thanks to the collaboration with different partners of specific experience.

The entire process is tailor-made and based upon the customer's requirements, in order to grant maximal results in terms of product quality and return on investment.

For some products, ITECA reached a production capacity never reached by any other manufacturer and the high performances of the plants have always been recognized by all of our customers.

ITECA has chosen to invest in research, human resources and fieldwork expertise. These choices provided us with constant growth on both technical and manufacturing levels, and today ITECA designs and assembles the most advanced plants for bakery products both in Italy and abroad.

This is possible thanks to the continuous training of our engineering and technical staff, allowing ITECA to be one of the leaders in cutting-edge turnkey plants for large productions of many products, such as:

PIZZA fresh, frozen, American style, gluten free, calzone, panpizza, focaccia and… the real Neapolitan pizza! And also, Arabic bread and tortilla. From dough ball or from lamination system  (4.500-16.000 pcs/h)

CROISSANTS mini-croissants, saccottini, strudel and leavened products with puff pastry with the possibility of choosing the degree of puffing of the product, weight, size, type of filling and two-color dough  (23.000-200.000 pcs/h)

ITALIAN TYPICAL PASTRY PRODUCTS: panettone, pandoro and colomba cakes  (1.000-8.000 pcs/h).

BREAD baguettes, loaves, ciabatta and coarse bread  (2.000-8.000 kg/h)

PAN BREAD from laminated sheet, on a single chain  (1.000-8.000 kg/h)

RUSKS classic, wholemeal, cereal and light  (1.000-2.500 kg/h)

CRACKERS both soda and cream  (1.000-5.000 kg/h)

BREAD DERIVATIVES such as taralli, sticks, thins, stretched, rolled and pressed breadsticks  (1.000-4.000 kg/h)

INDUSTRIAL PASTRY scones, cookies brownies, muffins, plumcakes and sponge cakes  (100-2.000 kg/h)

BISCUITS laminated, rotary, extruded, wire cut and cast  (3.000-5.000 kg/h)

The R&D department is always developing new projects and innovative recipes based on the evolution of market demands worldwide.
