InnovaBack deep-frying systems and machines. Behind it are Christoph Zaleski and Peter Schröder.
While Christoph Zaleski has more than 20 years of know-how in the industry and understands the baking trade very well, Peter Schröder comes from IT and brings the know-how for the cloud connection with him.
The first systems were sold in 2018. one of them to South America, where it has been running 20 hours a day / 7 days a week ever since. And it continued in Poland, Croatia, Austria and Germany, where there are now many systems with satisfied customers. In order to be able to serve all inquiries, InnovaBack moved production to a 2,000 square meter production and storage hall in Uelzen at the beginning of 2022.
At IBA 2025 we will be showing exciting innovations that save costs and enable more efficient work for our customers through the consistent use of digital possibilities!
