Bakery of the future
The bakery of the future is powered entirely by solar energy and bakes with regional products. The bread is baked fully automatically by robots.
The bakery also has tables with seating where you can enjoy your coffee from the vending machine. In the rear production area, the ingredients are first mixed into a dough and then transported to the resting chamber via conveyor belts. After resting, they are sprinkled with the appropriate grains and baked. The bakery also has an e-car parking lot. There are two vending machines with touchscreens in the bakery of the future where you can buy bread and rolls. These can also be made fresh and warm. Payment is by card.
