At the ADB Association booth, staff from the academies will present the attractive training and continuing education programs offered by German vocational schools.
The Federal Academy Weinheim and the GHM trade fair company will offer the exciting "Master of Pretzels" workshop at the iba.ACADEMY in Hall 14, Booth A13. During the 2.5-hour English-language training, participants will learn step by step the secrets of authentic German pretzels – from the ingredients and dough to the correct shape.
The workshops will be offered on Sunday at 2 p.m. and from Monday at 10 a.m.
