Help desks for visitors, exhibitors, press and VIPs will be available at the North and East entrances.
Tickets can only be paid for there by card - cash payments are not possible. It is also possible to register vouchers yourself.
Help desks are also available at the North-East Entrance. Please note: Tickets will not be sold there. The north-east entrance will be served by shuttle buses until approx. 1:00 pm. Departure from the entrance is possible until 6:00 pm.
