Tasting and evaluation of the products - THE iba.UIBC CUP OF BAKERS part 5
Under the motto “The Animal World”, the best bakers from teams from Germany, Japan, Brazil and Iceland conjure up edible masterpieces under time pressure. At 1:00 p.m. the first creations of Danish pastries, small pastries and party pastries will be presented.

The trade fair audience can watch the first evaluation of the teams below at 1 p.m. and a second evaluation at 4 p.m.
The award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, October 24th at 5:30 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
