Award ceremony: THE iba.UIBC CUP OF CONFECTIONERS
The best pastry chefs from four countries fight for the trophy here. The teams from Taiwan, Germany, Korea and Norway create sophisticated works of art. You will find out which team will ultimately win the title at the award ceremony at 4 p.m.

Under the motto “The Animal World”, the confectioners will create edible masterpieces under time pressure that will amaze the audience.
Trade fair guests can follow the competition live from the start of the trade fair. A first evaluation will take place at 1 p.m., the presentation at 3:30 p.m.
The award ceremony will take place on October 26th at 4 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
