Enromat®

Proven enrobing technology

The high-performance Enromat machine program is suitable for coating pralines, bars, pastries, etc. with chocolate, caramel and sugar masses, as full, half and bottom coatings. Consistant enrobing weights and permanent gloss are the outstanding features of these tried and tested systems. German and overseas patents are marks of the highest of technical standards.

Further improvements to the hygienic design – making cleaning and maintenance even easier – are characteristics of the new M6 generation. The PC control with its modern graphics regulates all the parameters on the Enromat and in the Thermo-Flow+ cooling tunnel. Unique product requirements can be individually set and saved, thereby improving gloss and shelf-life. The modular design in working widths of 320-2600 mm allows you to customize production or to supplement existing lines.

Experience a complete chocolate coating machine with a belt width of 420 mm, type Minicoater MC 420, which will be on display with chocolate at our booth at the iba 2023 exhibition, followed by a Thermo-Flow+ cooling tunnel type LSK 420. This machine is running very successfully at small and medium-sized companies, setting new standards in the sector of mini enrobing technology.
