Since the takeover in November 2008, the company has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the internationally active Daxner GmbH from Wels/Austria.
The merger resulted in considerable synergy effects: The know-how for plant engineering in the field of bulk solids technology was combined with expertise in bakery technology and now has twice the production capacity and a total of around 160 employees.
"Daxner's High Industrial Performance has always stood for top quality and maximum system availability in the baking industry. At the same time, thanks to a modular concept, our solutions for the baking trade impress with an optimum price/performance ratio," explains Dipl.-Ing. Christian Daxner.
The two locations in Wels and Lauda-Königshofen offer customer advice, sales, system installation and customer service for the complete product range.
